I have spent the last 32 years in philanthropy. For the last 15 years, my actions have been more deliberate, impactful, and life changing. I am truly honored when individuals present me with opportunities to transform their lives positively. I usually come away from those activities with renewed enlightenment and gratification. Today, I spend about two-thirds of my time deciphering, learning, encouraging, and action-planning for the advancement of my country, Jamaica. I am proud to call that land my home and nurture a deep sense of connectivity to my fellow nationals. Wherever they are in the world, they are my brothers, sisters, countrymen, and friends.
 I respond to numerous emails daily, answering questions and providing information, or guidance to my fellow Jamaicans at home and abroad. I will respond, in this document, to some of the most frequently asked questions about the Jamaica Diaspora Taskforce Action Network (JDTAN).

Is JDTAN the Diaspora?

JDTAN is not the Diaspora but a network of individuals in the Diaspora who are passionate about addressing needs and challenges to help their home country, Jamaica, realize Vision 2030 and the United Nation’s suggested Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs)
